踢走筆和鍵盤的時代來臨了，德國有科學家發明智能手套，用家可在半空中寫字，輸入到已連接的手提或電腦，計劃已贏得Google的贊助81,000美元（約港幣628,236元），或與Google眼鏡一起使用。

智能手套內置感應器，可偵測用家雙手的動作，再從有8,000個單字資料庫中，找出用家寫的字，甚至可翻譯句子，認字誤差有11%，人工智能會記錄用家的字跡，適應後認字誤差會降至3%。感應器會分辨各種手部動作，不會對寫字以外的動作有反應。

科學家繼續改善認字功能，並研究把手套的裝置縮小，以編織的方法植入衣物。
