對於小編這些白領人士來說，雖然明知長時間坐著工作會影響身體健康，但由於站立起來便無法工作，所以最後逼不得已只能繼續坐著開工。那麼又有沒有方法可以解決這個問題呢？或者由 Sonoma 推出的新產品可以幫到手，因為最近他們設計出一款名為 Altwork Station 的工作檯，可以隨時改變成坐著、站立甚至挨喺度等形態。

據資料顯示 Altwork Station 是 Sonoma 花了 5 年時間研發出來的新產品，而且更完全根據人體工學設計而成。單從外觀來看它有點似一張牙醫椅，除設有一張大大的座椅之外，上面更有一個支架可以固定手提電腦及螢幕，至於檯面則具有磁力，可以牢牢地固定鍵盤及滑鼠，如此一來即使將座椅改變成坐著、站立、挨著及躺著的形態，檯面上的物件都不會掉落地面，而且不同形態之下螢幕亦依然會保持一樣距離，方便大家長時間進行工作。

Sonoma CEO Che Voigt 表示，他們之所以會設計出這款 Altwork Station，其實最主要是希望使用者能隨時隨地改變姿勢，而又不會影響到他們日常的工作，用家只需按一按鍵便能改變成不同形態，如此便無需長時間維持同一個姿勢工作了。不過留意想入手 Altwork Station 並不是容易的事，因為其價格除高達 5,900 美元（約 45,726 港元）外，更要等到 2016 年中才會正式發售。

Autopilot allows Model S to steer within a lane, change lanes with the simple tap of a turn signal, and manage speed by using active, traffic-aware cruise control. Digital control of motors, brakes, and steering helps avoid collisions from the front and sides, as well as preventing the car from wandering off the road. Model S can also scan for a parking space, alert you when one is available, and parallel park on command. Autopilot features are progressively enabled over time with software updates.
